Abusive review comments continue

Papa Joe's Appliance Repair continues to be the choice for consumers that want to pay through the nose and get threatened (online or verbally) if they express any concerns about service or the company's business practices. Here's the owner responding to a negative online review with vitriol and toxicity. In this case, including the customer's name, address, and phone number. Why? Does the owner think this kind of retaliation will convince this customer to pull down their review or prevent other customers from sharing their experiences in the future?
